Our policy is that the customer comes first and customer satisfaction is a priority. If you would like to comment on our services, give suggestions or simply let us know what a great job we are doing- please contact us by email.
Appointment/ CancelationMaking your reservations in advance is recommended so your desired time can be reserved. Minimum time requirement for reservation is 12 hours before your appointment and maximum of 2 months in advance. We strongly advise you to be here at least 15 minutes earlier so as to ensure that you will be served promptly.
In the event of a cancelation, you will have a choice of either a refund or be considered as a walk-in. If you choose to have a refund there will be a change of 10% transaction fee. Your invoice will be valid for up to one year. (Invoice cannot be redeemed for cash)
PaymentWe accept all major credit cards, but no personal checks.
MedicalPlease advice us of allergies so that we may use products that are appropriate for you.
ChildrenWe love families and children. However, we use chemicals and sharp tools. Make sure that your child is under your supervision at all times. We don’t want anyone to be injured while visiting our salon, especially a child. We’re committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere for all of our guest.
Gift CertificatesGift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.
