• A minimum of $20 deposit, per person, is required to secure your appointment All payments of require 24 hours prior to service.
• Depending on the type of service appointment can be made at least 3 hours in advance for 1 or 2 people.
• For group of 3 and more ,other events such as parties, birthdays, weddings, etc. should be made 1 to 14 days in advance by telephone 1- 347- 233- 4321 or at our base location-My Nails at V (Map) located at 87-77A Parsons Blvd, In Jamaica, Queens.
• We operate 7 days a week including all holidays during the hours of 9:00am to 8:00pm. After hours service appointments can be made with special arrangements.
• Time needed for your appointment will depend on the type of service (s) you request. Most of the services are between 30- 90 minutes. Kindly set aside 1-2 hours so our services to you are conducted in a relaxing manner.

• There are different options for making payments, such as cash at our Queens location, corporate checks and personal checks (must be paid before 4 days of service), and any major credit cards.
• Same day and last minute services must be paid in full.

We all have things that come up.

• If you cancel before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be 100% refunded or choose to reschedule.
• Groups of more than 2 people and events may cancel before 48 hours for a 100% refund or choose to reschedule. (Absolutely no refund within 48 hours).

• Gratuities are accepted and appreciated for the service your technician provides. You can pay them in person but if you would like to add it to your preferred method of payment, please inform us when you book your appointment.

If there are any parking charges (usually at a hotel or office), then that amount must be re-imbursed to the provider or paid to the Go Massage staff.
